It is recommended to add a horizontal potrait photo in a U.S. military uniform when customizing the book cover. There are 6 different colors available as specified for each U.S. armed service. The book formatting process to include uploading images has been purposefully kept simple.

Words of Veterans users typically order their physical memory book 4-6 months after signing up, depending on the content of the book.
